I work for a chiropractor and my cusin started by getting me the job. she is the office manager. Of course she doesnt do her job as one because she was never trained. Lately she has been calling me and telling me to stay home. She works 10 hr shifts and makes alot more than I do. How can I bring this up to my boss? And possibly asking for a raise

Your cousin got you the job, and now you want to get her in trouble with the boss. No good deed goes unpunished, I guess. If you want to bring it up to the boss, you can go and tell him or her about all the contributions you have made to the organization that show how you have earned a raise. If you haven't, you have nothing to base your request on. If you want more money or more hours, you should look for another job.

Go to the boss and ask for more hours. When he asks why you're not getting enough, let him know that Cuz is calling & telling you not to come in. Maybe then, he'll wake up and tell you to come in every day from 8 to 5...that way he won't be having to pay her overtime. She might even lose some of her regular hours.

It's just good business to go about it without being accusatory. If this lack of work hours is not for you then you need to start applying at other places.

Have you been working there long enough to ask for a raise??? At least 6 months??

My suggestion is talking with your cousin first, if she has supervisory permission over you. If she can't give you a satisfactory answer on why she is telling you to not come in, then go to the head boss.
